Continuing Competence Online Forms Access:
Registrants can now enter their Professional Development Plan and Professional Development Learning Activities into the online portal.
To access the area on the site, select the Continuing Competence button on the left side of the page:
Click the "+" button to create submission for the year.
Select the 2025 year and click Save.
You will now see an Instructions page, followed by pages for submission Learning Goal 1 and Goal 2. Please follow the instructions on the page to submit your learning goals and any completed learning activities.
Time-Out Reminder: Please be aware that the forms will time out if it has not been saved or submitted within 30 minutes.
Please note that registrants are required to submit the learning goals into the online portal by December 31, 2024.
