The College of Occupational Therapists of Nova Scotia is undergoing migration from the Occupational Therapists Act to the Regulated Health Profession Act (RHPA). As part of this process, the College has drafted new By-Laws to come into effect under the RHPA. 

The College is sharing the Draft By-Laws so that registrants, stakeholders, and members of the public have the opportunity to provide feedback. Please note that the name of the regulator of occupational therapy under the RHPA has not yet been finalized in regulations.

The deadline to provide feedback is 9:00 am, Monday, February 24, 2025.
