As a part of the development process for new Standards of Practice, NSOTR is consulting with registrants on a draft for the Standard for Psychotherapy. We have developed a survey HERE, and would appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. The deadline to provide feedback is June 3, 2025.

Please review the draft Standard for Psychotherapy prior to completing the survey. All feedback provided will be anonymous. Your feedback will be considered when finalizing this draft Standard.

This draft Standard was developed by the NSOTR Professional Practice Committee, and is based on the existing Standard for Psychotherapy in Ontario. Various interest groups were consulted in the development of this draft Standard, including NSOTR registrants through surveys on higher risk practice areas and surveys on psychotherapy practice.
